hello again, i bought jets for rebuilding my carbs to full power 33kw. It should be part number 09491-60010(#27) but my suzuki dealer sent me jets with part number 09491-26016(#16).

Are they same or is it dealer mistake?

Main Jet should be#130 (it´s written on the jet-body)!! Dont know the part number...
But, what do you want with the JET PILOT AIR (Think you mean Pilot Jet, which is #17.5 in ALL versions)? You don´t need it for a K4.....

BUT: You will need the modified piston valve instead.....

There is a official set with all needed parts for the open K4/5/6 at your Suzuki dealer - including the 2 main jet and 2 piston valves! Thats all - no more parts needed!!

Btw: The open K4 has about 35KW not 33KW....

main jet for gs500 2004 is 130(33kw, ok 35kw) and 135(25kw). on my jets is number 130, it seems it is OK. But im still confused with part numbers :?

the 2003-2006 main jets are smaller than the main jets of the older GS types.
Maybe you have to compare to know if they are right.

@Jerzy: If #130 is signed on the jets body then it should be ok! There an no differences in jet-shape-dimensions (excluded bore). Your dealer uses wrong numbers....

For all others:

Don´t confuse him with your jet-sizes: He has a GS500F-K4!

Naja, aber ich hatte neulich Hauptdüsen von einer 06er GS in der Hand und die hatten einen wesentlich kleineren kopf.
Der Durchlass sollte allerdings bei 130er HD`s immer gleich sein.
Aber wer weiß, ob es nicht Probleme in der Schwimmerkammer gibt, wenn er Hauptdüsen mit größeren Kopf verwendet.

Villeicht habe ich mich unverständlich ausgedrückt:

Ich meinte, daß die Düsen der offenen oder gedrosselten Version bei der K4 in den Aussenabmessungen gleich sind.
Das im alten BST33SS die Abmessungen anders sind als im BSR34 möchte ich ja gar nicht bestreiten....
Mit der Kammer gibts kein Problem - ist Platz genug....
