What Remus to you use? Revolution or older one? In case of Revolution you may use an #135 Main Jet on both carburators, otherwise a #132,5 (stock is #130). This is only an approximate value - it depends also on the special properties of your bike.... As I know, there is no DynoJet KIt for the 48HP Version, only for the 35HP Version. I´ve never sawn such a diagram...
Notice: Before you do anything check colours of SparkPlugs (only if they are white you have to change main Jets to bigger one). Position of Jet Needle: you have to test..... and, please, dont play with the Pilot Screw! This is only necessary if you have problems with the Carb-Slow-System.

Carb. balancing is not necessary if you don´t dismount Carbs from each other.

max. Speed: Calculated back from the rotation-meter my GS500F seems to run about 190-195km/h under best conditions (I´ve a modyfied Revolution, a slight Airbox-tuning and a 15 sprocket) - but I think you will find many threats to this "facts" in the forum........

Difference US / EU (only GS500 since 2004, older have more differences)
1. Jet needle: US 5DH91, Calif: 5DH60, EU: 5DH57-3rd (diff. is in lengh and shape)
2. Canister House (special air cleaning system for the Fuel Tank) California only
3. Ignition timing: US 5° B.T.D.C. at 1200 r/min, EU 12° at B.T.D.C. at 1200 r/min
4. some Lamps have different Watts (not necessary)

At the rest is no difference......only the drivers!

Thats all
