Wenn man nicht weiß, wann das letzte Mal das Ventilspiel kontrolliert wurde, ist das sinnvoll.
30Mm ist afaik auch das Intevall für die Ventilspielkontrolle.
Selber machen kann man das selbstverständlich auch. Allerdings sollte man schon wissen, was da auf einen zukommt.
